Use the same email your administrator invited. Work, Gmail, Outlook, and other Microsoft accounts are supported when the Entra app allows multi-tenant and personal accounts. Staff must be invited (or allowlisted) before access is granted. Some personal accounts also need an Entra guest invitation in the company directory.
